SB Lohan Qigong Introduction seminar

SB Lohan Qigong exercises are designed to mostly affect the bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles. It is an internal exercise that uses movement, breath control and the manipulation of qi flow with each set of exercise designed to activate and cleanse the meridian channels and acupuncture points. The exercises and forms are a mixture of hard and soft, It is both a physical and mental exercise. Outwardly it is practiced to build a strong and vigorous body. Inwardly it is taught to cultivate JING, CHI and SHEN (mind, body and spirit).

This seminar will serve as an introduction to SB Lohan Qigong system and provide an ideal starting point for anyone wishing to learn and understand the theories and application of Lohan Qigong.

Beginners and Practitioners with many years experience are welcome to participate, knowledge and ideas are already there but to understand the mechanic of synchronizing movements with breath and the use of mind intention, one needs to repeat and practice the exercises for a long time and proper guidance can be helpful.

What to wear:- Loose clothing to be able to stretch, squat and move freely, nothing tight around the waist to restrict breathing.
Shoes:- Flat heeled shoes or socks, bare feet is preferable depends on weather.
